Fresh air , the first principle of health and happiness.

The simple way to boost brainpower, improve health, and feel great…breathe!

- Spend time outside for good fresh air. While outdoor air isn't always perfect, you can do your body and your mind good by making it a point to get some fresh air everyday.

- What this means, of course, is that you're spending time outside, where you're not only more likely to be doing something active like getting exercise, but you're immersed in nature.

- Numerous studies show that spending time in nature leads to major health benefits.

- Our bodies are made up of many elements. Oxygen is 56% of our bodies makeup. So it makes sense that we need plenty of fresh air.

- To help prevent indoor air pollution inside your home, open the windows and let the fresh air in.

- Houseplants can bring a fresh, wonderful outdoor feeling to the indoors, but recent studies show that they don't act as natural air filters as efficiently as once was thought. They can, however, provide an excellent medium for mold growth if the potting soil is allowed to sour from over watering or improper use of plant food. Take care to water them only as needed, watch for signs of mold growth, and add bits of charcoal to the soil to cut down on the risk of mold -- not healthy for either the plant or the humans!
