Two more new years resolutions , which could help you to improve your health right away : cut down the bad fats and exercise regularly.

-Reduce the amount of saturated fats and trans fatty acids in your diet. Saturated fats are found in animal products such as meat and butter, and processed foods. Vegetable shortening, some types of margarine, french fries, and processed foods contain trans fatty acids and partially hydrogenated oils. Cook with extra virgin olive or non refined sunflower/canola oils.

-An ideal combination of exercise includes aerobics, weight-training, yoga, stretching, and recreational activities, such as dancing and swimming. Get exercise during your regular daily activities by walking at lunch and taking the stairs instead of the elevator.45 minutes of exercise , 5 days per week will be more than enough to keep your body healthy (if you also take care of what you eat ) as well as improve your mood.
