What do we consider to be a "whole food" ? 

You hear the term "whole food" being tossed around in health circles, but do you know what it means? Do you know why whole foods are being touted as the healthiest way to eat? 

Whole foods:

1. Contain all the nutrients your body needs.
2. Whole foods are free from synthetic chemicals.
3. Whole foods have a positive affect on your health.
4.Most of whole foods are grown locally (in a 100 mile radius)

For these 4 reasons, it makes sense to consider the benefits of eating whole foods as a lifestyle.
